Donated and recycled first.
Good furniture, tools and household items go to Goodwill, Salvation Army, St. Vincent de Paul or Habitat ReStore. Metal shelving, old bikes and appliances go to scrap yards in Rancho Cordova, with fridges and freezers handled to EPA rules at no extra fee.
The rest goes to Kiefer Landfill in Sloughhouse. On average, about 45% of what we haul gets donated or recycled.

A garage cleanout is priced by how much room it takes on the trailer. Single items start at $74 (flex rate from $59), standard pickups from $149, and a full load is up to $749, which holds up to 2,000 lb. A packed garage can take more than one load, and you'll know the price before we start.
Dirt, tile or broken-up concrete stored in the garage is priced by weight, with a free quote.
Loading, hauling, disposal fees and sweeping the floor are included. Fuel is included, there are no travel surcharges, and you pay after the job.
