Drywall, lumber & flooring, concrete, brick & masonry, roofing tear-off, cabinets, doors & fixtures, dirt & excavation spoil, job-site trash — a dumpster alternative.
Tell us what you've got. We quote in seconds.
Same-day is often available. You pick the window.
Our crew loads debris from the site — no dumpster rental, no permit hassle — and you only pay for what we haul.
What we haul from remodels, repairs and DIY demo.
Every remodel leaves a pile. Old cabinets and countertops from the kitchen, tile and a vanity from the bathroom, carpet and pad from the bedrooms, drywall, lumber and trim from wherever the walls came down. We load it by hand and haul it away.
Our debris jobs are mostly homeowners and small contractors between phases of a project. A dumpster is too big, or the driveway can't hold one, or the work is done and there's just one pile left. That's where a truck and two people make sense.
Bathrooms are one of the most common. This August we hauled bathroom tile, galvanized pipe and a vanity from a home in Sacramento. In Placerville this July it was carpet, three toilets, rug pad and two vanities from a whole-house refresh.
Heavy materials are a different category. Tile, concrete, brick, stone and dirt fill up the weight limit long before they fill the truck. We price those by weight, with a free quote from a photo, so you know the number before we start.
Mixed piles are the norm. In July we took wood with nails, broken tile, bricks from a fireplace mantel and loose foam from one Sacramento house. It all went in one load.
We load from wherever the debris is: a garage, a side yard, the driveway, or inside rooms that are still under construction. Tell us about access and stairs when you call.
Things we can't take: paint, solvents, adhesives and other chemicals, and any material that's been flagged for asbestos. Those need special disposal, and we'll point you in the right direction.
Fence replacements are steady work. Old boards, posts with concrete footings still attached and rusted chain link all come out when a new fence goes in. Posts with footings are heavy, so they're priced by weight, with a free quote from a photo.
Landscaping projects add their own debris: old pavers, broken concrete edging, railroad ties, bags of dirt and sod. The green waste and the heavy material are loaded separately so each goes to the right place.
Roof repairs leave shingles, underlayment and flashing. Roofing is heavy for its size, so it's priced by weight, with a free quote. Keep kids and pets away from the pile until it's gone; loose roofing nails are easy to miss.
DIY demolition often stops halfway. If you've pulled out part of a wall, a shed, a deck or a closet and run out of time, we can finish loading what's down and haul it all.
Window and door replacements leave old frames, glass and trim. Aluminum frames go to metal recycling. If panes are cracked, let us know so we can load them carefully and keep them away from anything headed to donation.
Smaller projects count too. A single door, a few sheets of plywood, a broken fence panel or a pile of old roofing shingles are all normal pickups.

Old cabinets, countertops, sinks, faucets and appliances come out of kitchens all at once. We haul them together, and any appliances go to recycling.
If the cabinets are still in decent shape, let us know. Solid-wood cabinet sets can sometimes go to reuse instead of the landfill.
Rolled carpet and pad are bulky but light. Hardwood, laminate and tile are heavier. We load all of it and sweep up the loose bits.

Broken lumber and branches
Job photo
Splintered lumber from a fallen shed, tangled with branches and household junk in one corner of a yard. Mixed debris like this doesn't need sorting before we arrive. The crew loaded the wood, the green waste and the rest together and left the ground bare.
Charred logs into the trailer
March
Burnt wood and yard debris along a gravel driveway. One of the crew lifted the big charred logs straight into the dump trailer by hand, and the smaller debris followed. Heavy, awkward pieces like these get loaded one at a time, with nothing for you to move first.
